01

Scope

European Championship Series currently provides free Call of Duty: Multiplayer tournaments for European players. Cash games, paid entry, platform XP and Warzone competition are not part of this launch.

02

Accounts and eligibility

Players must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, meet the published age and country requirements, and use only their own eligible game and stream accounts. One person may not operate substitute accounts to evade a ban or roster lock.

03

Teams and content

Team names are globally unique and remain reserved after archival to prevent impersonation. Uploaders warrant that they own or have permission to use team names, logos, screenshots and stream content. Names, branding or content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, infringing or impersonates another team may be removed.

04

Competition terms

Registration accepts the tournament’s immutable rules snapshot. Results, no-shows, technical forfeits, proof, disputes and appeals follow that snapshot. European Championship Series may correct clerical or security errors through an auditable ruling; it will not silently rewrite completed results.

05

Suspension and moderation

European Championship Series may restrict or suspend accounts for cheating, abuse, false proof, platform attacks, account sharing, intellectual-property violations or repeated rule breaches. Where applicable, players receive the reason and an appeal path consistent with European platform obligations.

06

Independent service

European Championship Series is an independent tournament platform and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Activision Publishing, Inc. Call of Duty and related marks belong to their respective owners. Any event requiring an Activision license or express approval will not launch until that approval is obtained.

07

Liability and changes

Service availability, limitation-of-liability language, governing law, consumer rights, dispute venue and entity details require counsel approval before production. Material rule or term changes will be versioned and communicated before they govern future competition.

This material is a product draft, not legal advice. It must be completed and approved by qualified EU counsel before European Championship Series is opened to the public.
